a) Aside from earning Canada's freedom, the British didn't earn much else. However, Eastport (A part of Maine) was still under Britains control until 1818.
b) The war actually had a somewhat beneficial effect on America's economy. The British blocked the coast, which led to America starting the cotton-manufacturing business. It also started the Erie Canal project, which would be useful for trading and military purposes.
c) The war had a devastating effect on the Native Americans. They were a superpower in America, but with the death of Tecumseh the superpower crumbled. They lost the most in the war of 1812.
